Ideas on lack of flowering.

Here is an idea. Maybe the main cause of the lack of flowering is the root size in the res? While they look nice and clean they are only sitting in about 3 or 4L of water by the time the roots fill in the space which is like a gallon or just over. I was growing the whole time in a low profile 5L container. I just put it in 20L bucket. It might explain why other times ive flowered ok in soil is the same kind of conditions.

The roots need more oxygen in the flowering phase which was restricted in a small res?

Humidity or lack of oxygen is what im think has caused the problem. Today is the hottest day of the year and record temps for november ....climate change much. 110f / 40degree C , internally the cabinet is 31c which I think is alright - not ideal.

I had the intake fan on the bottom on the cabinet sucking cooler air from under the house , with a opening at the top for the air to vent out. I changed this today so i have the at the top sucking the air out while (passively?) drawing the air in. I think temps are lower so maybe this is working better.

A couple of times ive noticed moisture on some leaves from humidity even with the fan sucking in alot of cooler air so maybe this will solve that problem and i'll have more luck next time.

Check the temp of your water. If its in the high 60-low 70f your good. If its on the upper end of 70's or higher your plant is in shock.

Check your roots.Make sure you dont have algae growing on them. This can stunt growth and put things into shock, but usually makes veg yellow out.

Why r u using Canna coco? Your in Dwc. .. you need aqua vega and aqua flora
