Watched it on Netflix a few days ago. I was laughing at the fact that my parents brought me to the theater to see it:) (electric boogaloo also). I'm glad you liked it too.

Sure did... That screen shot stirs something in the memory banks. .
The merchandisers have made plastic replica weapons for kids. .. My(4yr) daughter does this mad jumping spin move with the nun chucks. . She could really hurt someone with those plastic things haha

Me too! I did my Divemaster course in Turtle island which is 21 km2 and called Koh Tao. You may have heard of it due to a double UK murder recently.

After ninja turtles, many kids got terrapins as pets. When they got big and vicious they needed re-homing.
No shit! My sister did the same thing on koh tao! She worked for one of the dive schools out there filming the divers and then editing the footage into DVD's to sell to them. Small world!

She's in Oban in the scottish highlands right now doing some sort of safety/rescue course so she can work on film sets as a very well paid life guard.

I was a tmnt kid back in the day and now I've passed that on to my son. He loves them. On Halloween he was Donatello and I was Leonardo. We have all the action figures, bad guys too. I've been buying dvd's of the original cartoon from the late 80's-90's and sometimes when I'm watching them with my son I actually remember the first time I watched when I was kid.
5 star thread!
