Ro water. And I'm not using the recommended dose. I'm under ther recommendations by about half. 1. Because they were are new clones weren't rooted to well. Now there rooted. 2. Heard you don't dose as heave with high pressure aeroponics. Which is what I'm running I got rid of the other low pressure pump.

Try filling some jugs up with RO water from a water store and use it on your next change out see if it stabllizies your ph

fixed my post. I'm using Ro water it comes out at 45ppm and I also use bottled gallon jugs sometimes... The ro unit is to slow sometimes for 20 gallons

I would raise that to about 72.

You think this would help with the ph swing? or just in general u think its better.
Update: ph6.4 up about .6 in 6-7 hours. ph downed again

Raise EC to 1.4.
Your plant is hungry, and it will also likely fix your pH swinging issue.

pH can swing upward for a variety of reasons, but the most common reason is low nutrient concentration.
pH will also swing upward if NO3- or H2PO4- is taken up faster than K+, Ca++ and Mg++, or NH4+.

72 shouldn't be too warm.
80 is what I would call too warm.
66 is too cold.
Unless you are in a warm environment with tendencies to overheat, low 70's is a good place to be.
The nutrient solution needs to be stronger and the system will stabilize. I think temps in the low 70s would help, too.

It's what I see in the pics. They don't look happy.
I would dial them in a little warmer and they would probably pick up and look happier.

I took just as much chemistry as anyone else who took high-school chemistry, only I had to take basic chemistry again in college. Everything else is just from reading over the years.
The roots use a proton pump and use cation exchange to uptake nutrients:
"Nutrient uptake from the soil is achieved by cation exchange, where root hairs pump hydrogen ions (H+) into the soil through proton pumps. These hydrogen ions displace cations attached to negatively charged soil particles so that the cations are available for uptake by the root."

Had a slight issue last spring with high temps (I think lol) causing root issues but my PH dropped if I remember correctly. Nothing a good batch of tea didnt clear up. But yup its gotta be something like that I would think.

currently controlling the ph problems by dosing every 6-8 hours. Haven't seen it go above 6.4 in days now. Problem i see is the ppm was 355 when i initially made the nute mix. Now after adding ph down everyday a couple times a day my ppm has gone up to 419. I will make a new nute mix tomorrow with a higher ppm (ec). New growth on the plants does look a lot healthier than before...
I doubt its root rot. The roots are white and look healthy to me.. Smaller than id like but healthy
