Well, the World Didn't End Due to Obama's Immigration EO, Nor Due to the GOP's Response...

Well, after all the media hype, slobbering liberal support, and unreasonable conservative opposition to Obama's immigration executive order, the world didn't end, nor did sweet-smelling daisies pop up everywhere. The world simply moved on.

Didn't everyone on all sides over-hype this thing?

The Illegal immigrants in question got what the vast majority of legal citizens wanted them to have, none of the GOP opposition had a heart attack, and Obama did not overplay his hand or underplay it. IMHO.

A win for the country as a whole, it seems.

So, will congress and Obama get a bill passed soon, or not?

of course not. the right is so predictable.

the gop has already begun with it's latest word tracks and dog whistles..you will start to hear them ALL parrot it this coming week..ted cruz always seems to get the memo first and he's happy to comply:

"defy" "lawless" "illegal" "referendum on amnesty"

defying the law; defying the constitution; illegal amnesty; lawless president

listen to this fucker..he's such a trouble maker.

EDIT: i bet you they actually do have someone type up a memo and email it with the new dog whistles each time, that is the ONE organizational they have going..why can't they unite as a party?..if they put as much effort into breaking the gridlock they create, we would be a much better country!

politicians like ted cruz are the kind we don't need and this has nothing to do with party..sarah palin is another.

it's one thing to have conviction in what you believe in.

simply lying in order to start trouble?

and here he goes talking about gridlock, payback and shutdown, again.

make it stop!

EDIT: isn't little teddy gearing up for another fillibuster with cicero readings?..this guy's a sicko..all those evangelicals are fucked up people.

Ted Cruz, Sarah Palin, Michele Bachman dont have convictions in what they say.
This is just another way to get money from the rubes that need to believe their shit because they cant adjust to the changes around them
