i mean yeah you can quit but if youve been using it for years and i mean like 15 or 20 years then theres no help
i had an uncle that had liver cancer and he was a heavy drinker the doctor told him that if he stopped drinking then he would more than likely survive cancer
now he was a 60 year old man and hes been drinking since he was 12
he looked his doctor in the face and said "you or any asshole in this hospital can tell my wife to change my diet and make me walk once a day but the one thing you'll never get me to put down the bottle"
