Do your friends know you're growing?

I have two friends that grow and we've been doing so for over 30 years . When ever one of us is experiencing a problem we'll discuss it with the others to find a solution frankly I wouldn't have it any other way. We've been knowing each other for almost 50 years !
I do believe secrecy is the best policy when operating by yourself there are sacrifices that you will make if you do this long enough and if you choose not to make these sacrifices it will most certainly come back to bite you in the keister...

My wife and 1 lifelong friend, whom has been growing far longer than I are all that know of my grow. If I pass for whatever reason, he is to come and make my grow room disappear and I for him as well. My Wife knows that with just a phone call, she does not have to mess with anything associated with a grow.

My hub knows if I die he has to clean up the mess. I figure, at times, that maybe the only thing keeping me alive :)

The way I see it, if it's a 215 grow then you have nothing to worry about as long as you trust your friends(just never show them your spot) and if it's not 215 compliant, just keep it yourself and potential investors THAT'S IT. This way just ensures that the least people will know about it and keep people and potential threats away. Remember, the more people that know of your grow, the more of their friends will know about your grow; the more anonymous people who know, the higher chance somebody can confront you about it or even try and rob you.. Believe me, plant robbery happened in my hometown pretty often and to a lot of my friends.

Don't get me wrong. I just don't happily skip along singing kumbaya and telling every single one of my friends that I grow, not that I don't trust them. They just aren't interested and could care less. All my friends are childhood friends and I fully trust with my life, which is why I choose them as friends in the first place. Not like these crooked "friends" I hear about all the time on roll it up who robs one another. They know I grow, I know they grow, we all breed and share strains with each other. Believe me, if your friends are anything like mines, you're not going to get robbed by them.

Do my friends know I am growing? Oh hell no! Not even my wife knows, and that secret has been very tedious to maintain. I'm sure she has her suspicions, and if she asks me I will be honest with her, but I firmly believe that it is better to ask forgiveness tomorrow than permission today.

That is the only person who knows for me. How long have you been growing? How in the world do you keep that from her? That would constantly have me stressed out. And if she realizes your keeping a secret like that for that long her susicpicon meter is going to sky rocket making your relationship much more difficult, when she finds out - and she eventually will. That's the one person you should be able to be honest with!

She will think you're stepping out and get crazy as hell to find out what exactly is going on.. Shit requires too much time/energy/thought
