It's one of their sauces that's sweet, tangy, and a bit of heat to it. I'm too much of a gringo to like full-on hot wings. This is a happy medium.

You have no idea. But I've come a long way. Growing up in Michigan, there was no authentic Mexican food. There was the "wet burrito" at this one joint I remember. But I've lived in CA since '89, so my taste buds have changed, and I appreciate a bit of heat now. I eat stuff now that I would have never eaten as a kid.

I lived in the Grand Rapids area (Grandville). But I remember doing the large dune buggy thing through the dunes. That was scary. I remember walking out onto Lake Michigan when it was completely frozen over, with enormous blocks of ice. Siver Lake is nice.
