The biggest mistake a patient can make is to trust Health Canada.

It's not about trust tho. the Feb 25 court date is about making sure we have the right to grow under the charter. You cannot take away a right with bureaucracy or legislation. I mean it will probably mean another court battle but as long as we win in Feb the next one is a gimmee

Assumption is perhaps a better word than trust.

I am fully aware of what Feb 25 is all about.
I've been around the block a few times.
They can severely impede your rights...please just do a review of what they have done in the past. ie...they took one year to increase the amount of patients a designated grower can look after from one to two patients. This is not what the court had intended when they told HC to increase the dg/patient ratio, but they find the loopholes and stick it to you.
HC doesn't give a shit about you.
HC detests the courts.
HC is not worried about your charter rights or about getting sued.

Ya I know what they've done. And I know they like to make life very difficult. And trust me the minute the said "just turn in your pink sheet to the LP" I had a good laugh and watered my plants. I'm just saying with money, patience and a good lawyer, in the end it won't stand
