That's good, those little white specks on the leaves usually mean spider mites tho, I don't really know of anything else that causes it -- I could be wrong tho - the pics are kind of dark. I have good eye sight and I usually need a magnifying glass to see the little bastards, you'll see em under the leaves. Anyway the necrosis on the leaves, does look like phosphorus deficiency with no other information to go by.

thrips leave spots on leaves. check the back of the leaves, they're tiny.
