And how would you prove it was the company that poisoned you?As for milk, no I dont believe it should be regulated by the government.
I believe that there could be an independent laboratory like UL for electrical products that could sign off on the *safety* of the product like food. Large companies would keep many of the processes they have now as it is bad to poison your customers.
Could you explain to me how it does?It doesn't?
Except Identify what looks like candy or cookies. Is the kid going to read the label? I am responsible enough not to leave medication out where children can access it.
Requiring a label on pot food does nothing to promote safety.
How many died?Except Identify what looks like candy or cookies.
Children's Hospital sees surge in kids accidentally eating marijuana

The Denver Post
The new law, which was House Bill 1366, requires state regulators to come up with rules that make edible-marijuana products identifiable even when they are out of their packaging. Lawmakers suggested the products might all contain a unique stamp or be made in a particular shape or color.
Last year, the hospital saw eight children in its emergency room who accidentally ate marijuana. Of those, seven were admitted to the hospital's intensive-care unit — most commonly for what DiStefano said was either extreme sedation or agitation.Except Identify what looks like candy or cookies.

Legal to grow, illegal to sell would keep goverment involvement out of marijuana
If I was trying to convince a people on the fence about legalizing marijuana
I would have better luck convincing them this was no different than brewing your own beer.
LOok what happened in Florida recently. The anti pot movement told everyone legalizing medical would mean selling drugs to kids
JUst one question. Answer it.
WHy is it so important to be able to sell Weed legally?
Can you grow weed in Arizona within 25 miles of a dispensary?
USDA, FDA, inspections, zoning licensing, label requirements. Packaging, lab tests, segregated lot testing.
This is just some of what that glass of milk you drink goes thru.
Want full legalization of weed?
It will be even worse, and the big players will push thru legislation to keep you out of the market anyway.
15.38 children [1] were hospitalized last year due to malnourishment caused by injecting [2] marijuanas.LOL is this even an issue? How many kids come in for malnourishment per year?

Nooooo...it's because the weed is so potent now, it causes hyper-munchies when injecticated. Some smelly Bitcoin-Hippie masquerading as a politician said so.Dirty needles no doubt.

Funny stuff. Pot infused candy being eaten by kids. And you wonder why the government wants to keep it illegalWhy do you ask? Have you been giving pot brownies to kids?
I don't think that's the best idea you've had this week...I've heard of adults who ate banana bread that was double-dosed (by accident) and had to call an ambulance for moral support while peaking.
Then they listened to Iron Butterfly, and calmed down.
Can a 4 year old read the label?Do you think a pot brownie is safe for a 4 year old?
No, but they CAN draw penis pictures. Can a 4 year old read the label?
