if she looks healthy and her stems are upright but the leaves droopy then it is likely from being over watered

I'm on a 20/4 light cycle. It seems like few hours before lights go off they get droopy but when light goes back on the droop goes away

I'm using ffof soil when I first used the soil it was a little dried out so when I transplanted my clones to a 7 gallon fabric pot I only watered around the stem but most of the dirt around was dry. Then about 3 days ago I gave them a good watering to get most of the soil wet

"Most of the soil wet"??? With that soil you shouldn't have drainage issues...give it a drink until you have a good amount of run off...I'd start by doing that...I use the same size grow bag and you have to make sure to pack the dirt around the rim down before you water...without doing it the water goes to the edge and down the side of the pot and the plant doesn't get completely watered...this could cause some of your drooping issues...g/l
