Autoflower Strains

Hello every1, I was wondering where I can get potent autoflower strains that will do well outdoors, I heard about low ryder but its not really potent and the low life seeds are sold out everywhere. What size pots we use for these....... and Im using promix

i don't think any of the autoflowers have "great" potency.. yet. i'm sure if you grow it right you can get some well above average stuff.

if your growing outside, then buy a strain that makes big plants and grow yourself some monsterts. simple strains have the most potency in my experience. i grow every summer and grow huge babies. The biggest one ive ever gotten was from Afghan. it was gigantic and potent.

Some of the LowLife strains that have have pretty good potency, from what I've heard from people who've grown and smoked it. In fact, on RIU, and other cannabis forums, I pretty much hear only good things from the growers and users. The only negative things I ever read about Lowlife are from people who've neither grown nor tried it. :p

People are just reluctant to try it due to it's Lowryderness.

I'm thinking of trying Dieselryder and maybe another lowlife strain or two next year. I know the potency isn't supposed to be on par with more "classic" strains, but the idea of multiple harvests a year is just too enticing.

I'm thinking of planting ten every couple of weeks and having an outdoor perpetual harvest through to the fall. The first batch will be for seed, that way by the end of may I'll have seed stock for the rest of the year and many seasons to come. I'd also be able to do autoflower crosses outdoor with a faster turnaround then standard indoor growers.

I think I definitely just talked myself into it. I'll be monitoring seed banks for specials for the rest of this year.

Another benefit is that there are no skypigs looking for fully flowering, fourteen inch-tall plants in mid-may.

I'm really getting excited.

I've heard that the lowryder 1 & 2 has had problems with mold/bud rot outdoors.I will be growing some kind of auto flowereing strain next year,just dont know the strain yet :peace:

yeah your right chewy about the mold problems, I'm not sure if its just a wet year or what cause I've grown 1 lowryder2 and 7 diesel ryders this year and they are getting hit hard with bud rot. I think cause they're soo low to the ground and get hit hard by morning and evening dews. Nothing worse than bud rot.

Are you growing in the ground or in pots?

well it depends on your climate, where i am its usually hot and humid in the summer, for the past 2 weeks its been 60%-100% humidity with a dew point of 17 degree celcius. I'm sure they would do fine in a dry climate.

Maybe if they were elevated like on a cinder block or something to keep em farther off the ground it might help?

Damn, this rot shit is really turning me off. Anyone know of a mold/rot resistant autoflowerer? Outdoor experiences?

yeah thats what i've done since i noticed the bud rot and i also put a fan outside to keep good air circulation around them, the budrot doesn't seem to be spreading so that good. Its a seed crop and i've already lost about 50 seeds per plant to the rot. Just be careful and keep an eye out for mold.

Are you cutting the rot out?

I think I may have read someone mentioning a kind of silica spray or something that is supposed to counteract/prevent rot. Anyone know anything about this?
