Race has no relation to crime, it never has. The single biggest factor, besides human emotion, is environment.

You can take any race of people and put them in the same environment, and the behavior between the groups will be pretty much the same.

When it comes to punishment a persons social standing plays a significant role. A person from a upper class lifestyle will most likely never get the same punishment as a person that is at the poverty level. Even though punishment should blind, in the real world it is anything but that.

I mean thats like 650 black white encounters where death of one or the other happened. Thats like 10% of all black and white homicides, that number should be 3% according to your numbers man.
