The beauty of CFL's....Flexibility. What did you think about those LED's? Seems like the rotated quick.

This is my fist grow around day 88 and day 40ish flower.



These are the 3 orginal females plus 2 clones from each.

I had 4 males that I've already harvested for 90g of dry leaves. (very good smoke). The males were harvested at 30 to 40 inches at the max thc level.

So do I pick one plant or every thing in there for the first grow?

LEDs sucks. but then again, i think theyre made my plants grow faster cause of spectrum... i guess.. now theyre growing unbelievalbe fast with 3x20w+40w CFL's (togeather 100w).. look at my vid.. can you believe these are only 50days old plants? (made video today). they were very small first i went with CFL's, you can see my other vids.

Rat you think you can take down Coupe? He is pretty proud of his hid setup. I think you are the only other hid grower on this post so far. It all looks great but miracle grow? hahahaha thats like a porsche driving around with one of those spare tire doughnut wheels on it. Other than that I jealous...nice setup.

SOUNDS like desertrat will have a big yield with the extra veg time. But the pics dont look very big for 2 months. Are they old pics? My ICE, as yall may already know, is both a potent and high yeilding strain.

Im still in veg, so I could stay in veg longer and grow a monster ICE plant.

For flower I have (1) 430 watt hps, (1) 42 watt cfl, and (6) 26 watt cfls.

When I was in veg. I used a 400 watt MH conversion bulb with (8) 26 watt cfl's.

I started the plants with sun light then (4) T-12 x 24". After sometime I changed to (10) 27 watt cfl's. Then I bought the hps at a yard sale for $10. It took around a week or so to set up an area to use the light.

anyway, ya, buds show that they got light more than enough :) damn man, im jelous, but i still love my babies more than anybodys else, lol.

With lights, fans and the other little stuff it cost less than $40 extra last month. I didn't include running the AC most days. That should be add because some day the only reason the AC is on is to cool the grow box.

I have spent more on nutes or light bulbs.

Oh it was good. He want I think $50 but when I saw it was a 430 watt I new it was older so he came down to $10. It also helped that his sale was ending in 30 min.

It was a stroke of luck. It cam with (1) 430 watt hps bulb (the same one I'm using). I did buy two different 400 watt mh conv. bulbs. the first one I got cheap at the hyd. store but it was at 5000k. The new one is a lot better at 7200k.

I was drivig by and saw it in the drive way. The dude was all ready starting to pick stuff up. It was covered in a thick layer of grim. He said it just set in the garage for a few years. I think an other reason he let me have it for ten bucks was I only had 14 on me and I was on my way to get cigs about $3 so he took $10.

It took about 4 hours to clean it. But that was a labor of love.

yea, only 16" but the rated max height is only 36". also pruned considerably, so not as dense but i've got 6 growth tips at the top of the plants. also, i had an unintended 2 day dark period when seedlings, praying the feminized seeds don't go hermie.

since i assume all of your female plants are under the same lights, you want to use the total weight of all of them. frankly there are other measures, like oz/plant or oz/grow area that some of the group might prefer. ideas?
