i watched a docu on the guy pioneering the 3d printed receivers...can't last 20 shots in an ar15 based build.and he's done his homework on the poxy resins. not sure about hand guns tho

No need to register. You can make your own gun. The atf advises you make up a serial number to identify it.
Some states like here even with a new gun you don't need to register it. That depends on state.

Polymer still have a ways to go.

I bought a Omni polymer ar lower. Their first ones sucked and broke. The new ones are metal reinforced where the buffer tube screws in. It holds up nice.

The only thing with it is with to many accessories on the front rails make it feel front heavy.

I just built a ar.

I would be interested in the pistol to.

Another great reason to build your own is the excise tax. That is 11% you save.
That is why I built the ar. 400 bucks vs 1000-1400 for one you buy.
Palmetto state armory has great deals.

Most people don't realize that there is only 3 machine shops that machine the upper and lowers.
Just make sure when you order it has the full auto bolt carrier group (its legal) and the barrel is hammered forged.

When you got out and buy a 1200 dollar colt you still may get mossberg parts.
If Colt has a large order from the military and a lot of civilian order and they get behind they order parts from other manufacturers.

Be careful who you lump me with. I have no interest in militias as most are really crazy, crazier than me.
Now that said, I have a group of friends, and we are prepared. That is all I will say about that.

For everyone. There over 600 gun laws, none of which stop a criminal.

You are allowed to build your own fire arm. Pistol, rifle, shotgun what ever.
It would be yours and you could never transfer it.

And next, do you really think "Full Automatic" are illegal is wrong.
You have a set of guns that are transferable machine gun they are registered with the government and legal to sell.
You just need class 3 weapons permit.

You can get the right FFL license and build fully automatic guns.

There are a lot of full auto guns out there that are owned by legal owners.

If you get a concealed weapons permit you do not have to fill out 4473. You pull it out and no paper work needed.
That is how you bypass that.

I get the feeling that people already think I am a crazy redneck.
Militias are a great idea most are good. The crazy ones get all the coverage.

Your right about them being protection from invasion. A gun behind every blade of grass.

I went to a gun show one time. Where I come from we have gun shows you can buy and sell weapons freely in a gymnasium. They have rows of tables with gun vendors. I buy a box of 30 06, they say winchester silver tip on the box, casings say winchester they are siver the points are silvertip point. So I'm out shooting, getting ready for deer season, put a new scope on bore sight was close. First shot a little high right I adjust,second shot just above target. Bam! Third shot everything goes black, Broke my nose because of a hot load. I pull the bullets out and a tag says they are reloads. The guy that sold them to me lied I asked him I always ask. DON"T GET STONED AND MAKE RELOADS FOR THE GUNSHOW!

There is a specific gene that makes a dog aggressive. The only two pits I have ever known personally were the nicest most lovable dogs. A gun don't chew up your furniture or BED!
