Actually carrying butane in BC can get the fired dept you. and if you try to get medical/lab grade apparently the gov likes to know what you're up to. I looked into med/lab grade cylinders and the guy that gets my gas says after you sell a few the gov will be wanting to know what's going on.
Is that why refrigerants are being used in place of butane?

Been trying this route for awhile now....no luck so thus far... haha and i was rolling my eyes at how hard of a time the welding shop would give me for buying dry ice....what the hells so sketchy about dry ice?? 50LB of explosive gas on the other hand....

Praxair near you? They sell dry ice by the kg. I'm not making bho anytime soon. It's to cold here to do it outside and no way I'd do a run inside.

Funny thing, in Colorado the hvac supply houses have more than doubled the price on r600 since they realized the majority of the r600 sales are for bho extraction.

Haha yes Praxair is just down the street. That is whom i refer to as having alot of raised eyebrows and managers called to front -sure i was ordering 10kg at a time....but still...it says "ULTRA DRY ICE SOLD HERE" you'd think the flash of the pink slip would get em scrambling....they seemed MORE interested at that point haha

-80f is still good, colder temps also dewax the run so true extract artists freeze packed columns down as low as they can go for 24 hours before blasting.
