some of u asked to be kept in the loop

as of now i have 2 summons to court one is arainment (11/3/14) and now one for status confess (12/12/14)

i been in trouble for some stuff i know the court system ok ...........never once had a status confess is this something i should be yelling wahoo or should i be happy i know i will be out at least for x-mas this year

i am calling the lawyer tomorrow to find out if i still go to the thing on the 3rd or if i do not need to (3 hour drive in rush hour traffic to be there by 9 am)


again what does a status confess summons mean .........maryland legal system

meds have already started losing there effect on the lower doses they will be upping them soon to zombify me .....but it is the game to play .........honestly i wish i could just keep smoking it works better and i keep my higher functions intact

i am just less stressed the op i had going is shut down ....made as much cash as i could still need another 7k to afford all of this but nothing i can do now about it but pay off credit cards plus the lawyer is good ..........i did some checking on him he makes 50k for a heroin/coke case ......he only asked me for 5k that is for the whole felony case

i am hoping this is the DA admitting they really do not have a case to save his/her win/lose record he/she is offering me a deal .........only deal i am taken is simple possession (that is 250 buck ticket only) .............all the looking i did i only see something like this issued in divorce cases and i never been married ( something in the new jersey laws about it be a pretrial agreements avoiding it going to court)

Avoiding court is a double edged sword hopefully the lawyer has your back.

i do not need to drive down for the 3rd it has already been removed from the docket ........the new summons i got is for the next step in the chain of madness they call justice

as it stands my lawyer is being approached by ppl wanting to know about the case and offering ideas including 2 retired DA and a public defender in another county

as it stands under the law my vape thing is not illegal ..........if it was just oil inside (hash oil or bho) then it would be illegal but the fact that it is 75% PG 25% oil under the law it is not defined as oil ...........still waiting on the lab report of the amount of what was in the chamber (as it stands i am still on the books for 33 grams of weight)

ran my own test here the chamber was only a 0.3 ml size so maximum they can get me with is 0.6mls or 0.2 grams ...2 cartridges on me one dead one was half full .........those are the total weight and volume if they were full

i am maryland vape test case currently nothing on the books to make it bad so odds are the charges will be dropped once we get into this meeting ......lawyer does not see this going to trail ...that date has been set for 2/3/15

he is only charging me 3500....he thinks the felony will be tossed out since i did not have a crime mind set ie i was selling the vape pen ......so that is the biggie i have a buddy with me all day willing to come to court and say i never ask for anything i was just being nice and offering...along with other buddies and family members willing to come in and tell the court yah that is the amish fucker to nice for own good .............so the undercover dea word vs about 20 other ppl

as for the weight he knows it will change once it gets to state lab and they extract the oil (any luck i will get a reading on the THC count of the one i made up for free ) but it was one of the 0.3 mls or 250mg that is way under the 10 grams limit for just a ticket

so i have a good chance of getting 100 or 250 dollar ticket and a 500 dollar fine for the pen itself as a smoking tool

but from him and looking up what i could he has only lost 1 drug case 20 years was cut to 4 and half months ....but everyone else walked out of the court room 17 years in law

this is not my first ...........at age 13 i had a fbi record for making bombs and blowing up trees and dirt in the woods to make a swimming hole in the creek (plus assault and battery on a cop breaking and enter poss of explosive poss of deadly weapon poss of alcoholic drink poss of tobacco poss of a cdi ) that was under 18 .......a buddy moved out of the area but left the door open so we could hang out in the empty house .........jackass person sawl us go in and called the cops because they hated us (they were in lawn chairs watching as the cops took us away) the only good news is one of them died of a OD and the other is so miserable i do not need to do anything for revenge but laugh

18 and up 3 arrest for weed did 4 months for having 1/8 in 2002 ..............this is a felony charge if any of it sticks i can not work in the growing /shops at all it is a federal rule no one with a felony will be cleared ( last 2 years of my life has been about getting skills with these plants so i can work in a shop or open my own in this area when it is legal ).........almost every dollar i made has go back into buy equipment feeds and seeds to keep learning ....enough to spare to pay off bills

orginally saying the o vape pen thing is was 22.20 grams and the empty cartiage i had was 9.65

the amount of oil inside will be under 0,5mls (if it was 2 full ones it would be 0.6 mls since the cartiages only hold 0.3).......the cops needed something on the charging papper so they weighted the whole thing and counted it all as weed

the lawyer saids it will go to the state lab they will extract the oil and then re do the paperwork to reflect what i really had

just for my own peice of mine i weighted them here ...........a full cartiage is 5.5 grams a empty on is 5.4...............if they use Denver's oil laws as the standard the cartiages were 250mg of weed so both together is 500mgs.........that is half a gram

they are changing the laws in 2 weeks here anything under 10 grams is just a ticket plus a fine maximum of 500 bucks once i been caught 3 times

but as it stands now i am charged with a felony not inditied yet just charged ............the DA has to decide if they want to go after it but the lawyer thinks they will not since i never once asked for money so i do not have a criminal mind set i was being nice and sharing ........and the amount is the same as a phat joint

edit on the best note i heard 4 of the judges iin that area will just fine me and tell me seek treatment for the bi polar............if i can clear this case i am gone CO here comes the amish fucker .........so if anyone sees this and knows of shops looking for growing help give me a 2 month try and i will make u a plant to be proud of to sell in shops.........maryland goes CO route like everyone thinks i will come back to family in area and open one

they have me going in for a meeting with da and judge on the 19th to see if they can work a pled deal

my big thing is no felony so i can work in a shop and no jail time ..............like u said the amount is so small i do not understand what they are going to do

they tested it and they destroyed if i had to guess all of it ....when they did test on weed i always see someone get cuaght they have 28 grams when it gets to court the gram weight is down to 15 do to the testing done on it /person stole it

right now i am dead in the water they are calling in the dea agent as the witness against me so his word vs mine and buddies i lost it ........the only thing that might save me is i offered to like 4 5 ppl but no one said yes .......so it is only attempted

the worst part is i use it for medical reason .......the pills they would put me on dopes me up more then weed and until this is over i have to take those ppl ......i can already feel my head slipping

i think he did it all because it is a vape case so his name will be filed as helping make law .......right now maryland does not have anything

i am hoping becuase the oil was extracted with Co2 and not the RSO method they have listed as illegal i might get off on that (the lawyer thinks it is RSO ) that is what he was talking about cooking it down to oil with everclear last time i talked to him

he has me meeting him a hour before court and asked me to bring down the battery and empty cartridges i have

if he can get me no jail time i will do probation but i will do it in CO ........i am out of this state the sec i can

well i checked him out and his law firm

he is a partner....with 17 years his win lose is one of the best in this state ..........talking with other ppl i found out he wins most of the case or gets them knocked down to no jail and alot of time PBJ (if u do the tricks the case is wiped out and never shows on a background check)

the one i know of him losing the guy was looking at 20 years for coke he got it knocked down to 4 months in jail ......something the cops did he found it and used it against him

the lawfirm here has more then 25 years of practice ....not known for being cheap or a push over

he is more then willing to take it to the jury ..........if i go to jail i have already decided not to drink anything so i will be dead with in 4 days heart attack (blood turns to sludge in the veins the heart works harder to move it around until it gives out)
