I order their promo at Christmas also and it never got past the sorting facility, I've now been waiting since 7th for another order to be sent (apparently regular mail this time), but 10 days now, who knows if it will arrive, herbies order got here in 9 days. I'm not sure I'll bother with attitude if I don't receive this shipment

New to this sight 1st time post. I have ordered from attitude 7 times in 7 years. With that said this will be my last time. Just a little background I have been growing for almost 30 years. My dad and step mom have been growing well over 50 years. I consider my self to very good at what I do. I digress, the 1st 3 or 4 times I ordered I got breder packs of 6 or 10 seeds and had dam near 100% germ rates then I started ordering single seeds the last 4 times 200 to 300 bucks each time with very unsuccessful germ rates and a lot of boy plants from female seeds super bummer but I kept trying. This list time I ordered I received an empty wine box package unopened so it was attitudes falt no big because I insured it for about 30 bucks. After a week of phone tag I started emailing them finally got a email back telling me it must have been customs but it was not (I have ordered seeds from other sights that HAVE been confiscated they leave a note saying items confiscated) after sending multiple pics of what I received they sent out my order again. This time with unfilled bags with strain names on them. When I contacted them I told them I was disappointed but would be happy to eat that cost (40 bucks for 2 seeds) because I was just so happy to get the other seeds. The response I received was horrible I was called a lier and told they inspected my order closely and that they need proof even after I told them I did not need it I was just informing them of the mistakes. Morgana from attitude is a bitch and I will never shop with them again....on the card thing I have never had an issue with using a card it must be a bank thing I have used both credit and prepaid cards.

Smellz, you've got me wondering. I always want my bank to protect me and keep me safe from fraud. While I have never had a problem with attitude seed bank and have had great customer service I am going to kick back and see how this plays out. I wouldn't change and use another card - perhaps my bank is slow in catching on - that is in case this relates to compromised personal information. I ordered from them less than two weeks ago and the transaction went through without a hitch. Now waiting on for delivery. I'll reply again if I run into problems with this current order.

Blazinor, just for kicks I'll let you know if Morgana comes through for me. She said she would send me two extra freebees with my current order. I reported to her just as a customer service courtesy because two of the freebees in my last order arrived crushed. I didn't even ask for extras but she says she'll sent some. The order is in transit.

i have to call my bank first. they had to ship my last order 3 times because of customs. both times there was no note just green tape and no beans. customer service was quick to respond to emails and reshipped right away

Or maybe they shipped the stealth item and the seeds separately, although I don't see why on earth they would do that. I only received one order and tracking number, which arrived at the facility and I picked it up like I was supposed to...

Only thing is, the package was damn near empty, except for the stealth item, there were no seed packs in it at all.

The package had regular stickers, stamps, and clear tape on it. No apparent tampering with it and it didn't look like customs got to it.

I'm perplexed. I sent Attitude an email a few hours ago but I won't get a reply for a couple days...

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience?

Attitude for whatever reason takes the longest to get to me….i think it took 14 days from when they dispatched it….about 16 days from when i placed my order.

In comparison, the single seed center (who is very pricey so i no longer order from) would get my packages to me within 7 days from when i placed my order.

Idk why Attitude takes twice as long, shipping from the same country.

I have to comment on a few things here.
1) I have ordered from the tude on several occasions 5 within this year alone. I have developed a seed addiction.
I ordered from them years ago also never any issues.

**edit* My first order years ago I did have a problem with my card declining the tude, it was wells fargo as well, I called tude and spoke with someone ( do not remember name was a long time ago) and they processed it for me. have had no issues since.

2) I have had 1 order confiscated during shipping- I ALWAYS pay for the guarantee so I was not worried.
I was told to wait the 21 day period as required so I did, I emailed and the response was a little slow, they are in a diff time zone.
( I work with customers all over the world in my job, just had to call a customer in new zealand so I know this can be difficult)
I called them on the 22nd day and I spoke to MORGANA as well.
here is my email from her after, I followed up with a ty note

She was very friendly and helpful and I'd say as a customer service rep myself HOW you speak to someone in email,chat or on the phone goes a long way.

I have spoken to customers in my job that tell me I'm an angel and fix their orders and reship etc and I have customers that call me a bitch, But then
they usually contact me with a sense of entitlement and are often wrong in what they placed or expect that I fix something already shipped.( which is impossible)
The reasons are too many to list. ( I am NOT suggesting anyone has done this,) however I am stating it makes a difference in how much help they get.
I have gone to my sup to help a customer that was overly nice, and the nasty ones I follow the book and they get what they are entitled to nothing more.
be nice get nice.
( the only customer service I have a hard time being nice to is comcast :wall:)

clear tape? what part was taped? was it a whole side of the package? my last order that got taken had only the stealth item and no beans. but it had green customs tape on one side of the package. maybe they ran out of the green tape?

It was only taped on part of the package, a single layer of clear tape. It looked to me as if the package hadn't been opened, and there was no green tape from customs nor any papers indicating that they had opened and/or removed.

that sucks. both times they took mine i didnt get a piece of paper either. hopefully attitude makes it right for you. they reshipped my order twice and the second one never even showed up and they reshipped

When customs opened it did they tape it with green tape or was it obvious that our had been opened?

I'm just salty that I paid $180 for a shitty piece of leather lol

It was taped up nice and neatly. You wouldnt even know it was opened if it wasnt for the green tape. It was a nice clean cut like they opened it with a knife

Mine looks to have only one layer of tape... Looks to me like attitude just forgot to put the seeds in the package .... Here's hoping...

Just as an FYI I contacted some one else at attitude and she was very nice after that I received an email apologizing to me and offering me the missing seeds for mu next order... 2 of the 24 seeds I planted and have sprouted nicely but from years of experience one looks like it could be a boy.. it's only 4 weeks old as of now so I will give it time.. I have sprouted lots of boy seeds from female seeds. Dutch pason, big buddha seeds and greenhouse seeds seem to give me the most boys.. as for greenhouse I will never ever order from them again.. 3 years ago I ordered a ton of greenhouse mixed pack to 6 seeds single strain pack and the only, THE ONLY seeds that I like and was good was a freebie of kings kush.

I just got my order that was placed 11/27/14 and it had green tape on it and no beans!,this is the first time it has happened to me an I have ordered many,many times with no hassle and I never paid for the guaranteed shipping but luckally this time I did after reading they where having problems with Homeland security and the dreaded "green tape" if you see this your order is gone all I can say is FUCK HOMELAND SECURITY STOP TERRORISM NOT MY SEEDS!

Damn attitude slippin again? They had to apologize to me and pay my bank fees etc on my last fiasco.

Glad the breeder's boutique is always good to me. Deals frebies galore...

Idk if nirvana shop is still any good either. Hope so been a while for me w/ them, I know I don't want to lose a couple of their strains.
