what i suggested is a modified atkins diet it works... atleates like ohh mma fighter mark hunt and basketball player lebeon james use it lose large amounts of weight ... also about 25% of protein caleries are burnt up just digesting the protein... i got some protein u can eat baby :P

u were right about one thing i did missread it... its 2100 cals total my bad about that... but still adkins works.... not everyone wants to be a vegan sunny...
never did i suggest veganism, not even remotely, i suggested other things related to what he does need. way to not even read my posts before you jump all over me than try putting words in my mouth

me as well... but i still eat a whole lot better then before... i have seen myself get fayter just by letting grains and refined sugar back on a reg basis..
sounds like me talking brother. i did make a break from sugar by using stevia in everything I can and cutting out diet drinks. my downfall is potatoes and noodles and fast food and buffets 2 or 3 times a week. fuck it.

as long as i never go above 225 lbs i dont give a fuck no more ... i carry it well to that point im six 2 ish tall and wide ... i dont even fucking care no more almost 30 hairling thinning fuckit u know

This is not so hard.

Everyone knows which foods cause bitch tits.

Everyone knows which foods turn you diesel.

The "problem" is that the good stuff requires a little bit of planning or preparation. And the slop is hot and ready to go, 24 hours a day with no effort.

Eat breakfast. Make sure it includes protein. Have some oatmeal, fruit or veggies to round it out.
Get Protein in Before workouts.
Get Protein and carbs in after workouts. Include vegatbales.
Eat dinner. Include protein, then vegetables.

No pop tarts. No Doritos. No Mt. Dews.

Everyone already knows this stuff. Eat this way all the time. If you fuck up one meal every three days, you're still eating well over 90% of the time. When you do fuck up, or "cheat" or whatever, just get back on track next meal.

I meant no disrespect to anyone, calling nutrition "easy". Especially not someone with a degree in nutrition.

It's just that we're not talking about a "special" or "difficult" case here. Dude is a healthy 18 year old kid, not a 83 year old lady, or a burn victim with no liver. This should be easy.

im not really doing a fad diet


im just changing my diet and trying to eat real food and cut back on calories to maintain my weight i have to eat almost 4000 calories so by cutting that in half by eating a baked chicken breast and a baked potato that's only 400 to 600 calories as opposed to eating something processed that fills me up half as much but has the same calories

i started last Wednesday up in order to update every week on my blog and remember to do so im up loading a pic Monday
