Question about selling laws in colorado

This is probably in the wrong section, sorry about that, I didn't know where to post...

So I can't seem to get a clear answer searching the web.. What is the selling to dispensaries laws in denver? I know 1 adult can grow 6 plants and sell to no one.. what's the deal with dispensaries? I know they grow most of their inventory them selfs now... My question is basically can I move to Colorado now grow and sell to shops? Is there some way to get quaified to do this? Or do you have to be employed by a certain shop or what ?

50K license annually, if you wanna be able to sell to stores
extensive background check, no felonies allowed
need to be a Colorado resident for 2 years as well

Thankyou for the fast response.. what is this 50k annually all about? Need to be a citien pretty much fucks me over anyway..

They did the 2 year residence thing to stop folks from coming in droves lol
the 50K is a license granted by the state to allow you to grow for profit
the stores that sell it pay 250K a year for the license same as liquor stores

Ah I see.. we'll it sounds like I won't be able to go legit for awhile and gotta be big scale. Probably best to move to Oregon and get a bit of a jump on things.
