to answer your question, it really depends on where you live and what your local soil is like, but it's almost always better to amend the soil a bit before hand imvho..

i'm not sure if you live in the us or not, but if so, most home depot, lowes types of stores carry a product made by epsoma i do believe is the name..
they sell a few, the plant tone, a blood and bone meal, so on and so on.. i have heard a lot of good things about the plant tone one..
you could always go into the organic section, and see what others add to their soil mixes if you want to go that route as well..

yeah, but they're more nutrients that you'd add to water and feed your plants with, which are a bit different than amending your soil..
if you amend the soil well, there might not be the need for a bottled nutrient like fox farm, only some organic teas once in awhile..

Buy some compost mix with blood and bone in it, add neem granules into the mix also to keep soil borne pests away. If you have a dry climate I highly recommend water crystals if guerilla growing. You can top dress with bat guano every 3 weeks is sufficient.

If planting outdoors i libe in southbeast its to cold for outfoors you should prob wait. If you really want to grow outdoors dont use synthetic nutes. Use orgamic ammendments. Catch some f9sh and bury them, or like racerboy said epsoma etc. Use orhanics that was your actually making a good spot for future grows. Synthetics wil usually harm all the good stuff. Go read the organic section the rols thread first few pages ayleast. If you can find plants/flowers like alfalfa dandelion stinging nettle etc you caj always just rip tjat shit.up dig the.hole throw that in witu earthworm cast8ng spsoma andnhave 20ndollars in ammendments and have a nice healthy green plant
