Arrrgggg. He is wearing his pimp hat. Dude got game!
Nothing a little spackle won't fix.Arrrgggg.
Harsh in the extreme.
Clearly a vinegar eyewash is my only option now.
i don't.Many years ago I worked for a company that required uniforms, nice black or navy blue slacks, collared shirt, dress shoes. Ties at one time were mandatory, but the nature of the job required occasionally working on machinery that could possibly get a dangling tie in its innards and asphyxiate a man. So we were no longer required to wear them.
Occasionally I might have to stop at a hardware store to get a simple bolt or nut to repair the machine and invariably I would be queried about the location of some part by another customer who only assumed I was a employee of the store. I always was polite to tell them I was not an employee, but if I did know the location of the item I would gladly help them.
I never once felt like a victim.
People's brains make mistakes, it's not intentional. Your brain sees one person and AUTOMATICALLY without any conscious thought on your behalf, prejudges that person, classifies them, and determines the odds of survival of an encounter with them. Everyone by nature is prejudiced.
Subconsciously your brain does, everyone's does. If yours doesn't then you aren't a human being.i don't pre-qualify people not even at first glance..actually, never at first glance.
You classified them left and right.i don't.
disheveled looking,
crappy car
he seemed to have some sort of mental disability..kinda slow,
really sweet person.
i don't pre-qualify people not even at first glance..actually, never at first glance.
Two words m'lady:I think people actually dress up all crazy like just to go to Walmart. I think it has become a thing to try to be as outrageous as possible. Normal people don't dress like that.
i don't.
example:
i was working for Volvo and these two guys pulled up..disheveled looking, kinda crappy car..all the "men" ran..no one wanted the "up".
turns out the guy was one of joe robbie's many kids..he seemed to have some sort of mental disability..kinda slow, which is why i guess he was with his friend to not "get taken". really sweet person. he was on his way to another Volvo dealership when he was passing by and saw the car he was interested in on our lot.
he paid full sticker cash.
i don't pre-qualify people not even at first glance..actually, never at first glance.
The dude's wearing a belt!!
actually, that was my point. You classified them left and right.
Disheveld

i agree.Subconsciously your brain does, everyone's does. If yours doesn't then you aren't a human being.
This isn't even debatable.

racism is learned, not innate.Subconsciously your brain does, everyone's does. If yours doesn't then you aren't a human being.
This isn't even debatable.

Possible. But there are people that don't realize or don't care they stink.I think people actually dress up all crazy like just to go to Walmart. I think it has become a thing to try to be as outrageous as possible. Normal people don't dress like that.
that was my point.
So now you agree with me and take a contrary view to your previous opinion.i agree.
