WEIRD BLACK SPOTS ON LEAVES!!!

Hey yall. Ive been seeing a few dark black splotches on my leaves. Theyre not brownish, or greyish, THEY ARE DARK BLACKISH-BLUE/PURPLE. The leaves that its affecting are cueled downward & are showing slight signs of over feeding. ANYONE KNOW WHAT IT IS?!?!? Growth & bud growth has been a bit slowed. Plant looks overall healthy aside from those black splotches. Any help would be fucken awesom.

Looks like mite poo, but I've never seen that on the tops of leaves. In that first picture the leaf above looks like some white stuff, that looks like mite eggs.
