Its been done successfully, but it isn't without risks if you have other plants in there that could be pollinated.Since I don't see them anywhere else, is it at all worthwhile to pick these ones off and wait and see if any others develop?

Options 2 & 3 sound kind of dicey. I'm afraid there can easily be something that i don't notice. Regrettably, i think it's going to be option #1.if its just where you show`d on the pic then you have 3 options
1 scrap the plant
2 cut off the male parts and keep an eye on it
3 top the whole top part that has shown to hemi and hope the lower part buds up nice
