Re-veg: is this damn thing an auto?

Ok, so I've recently started my garden back up. I placed an order from attitude:

1 head band, reserva privada

1 alien fire OG, cali conn.

1 sour tangie, umm DNA? I think.

1 green crack, hso.

1 Jedi kush, I think it's from cali con. But I can't remember.

And then a promotion pack: 2 reg Lee roy, 1 "tha shiznit", 1 cotton candy cane, and 1 sweet amnesia. Oh yeah, and a grape kush. Also, an auto big gun and a shark shock cbd (ufo freebies).

Growing in soil + perlite under 4×4' t5's. The plant in question is the Jedi kush:

Shit, sorry for the double pic posting, it's been a while since I've been on here.

Anyways, as you can see this guy is definitely beyond sexing. I had some problems with space before I took my flowering plants and put them somewhere else, so about 3 days ago all of these were in 12 once white Styrofoam cups and they were being moved around under various lamps throughout the house. I figured it was the strange lighting schedule that caused this one to sex, so I stuck it back in the closet with the older plants so it would get the full 16 hours of light. I tried removing all of the calyxes (particularly the ones that sit by the self at the bottom of the node/bud site) and after about a week now it just doesn't seem to be revegging. So I'm starting to wonder if it's an auto, which I've heard you aren't supposed to top bc it stunts the plant like this.

Any help and or opinions much appreciated. It's great to be back!

your only vegging on 16/8 so itll take a while longer than 20/4 or 24/0 generally takes me about 3 weeks to bring a plant thats been flowering for 4 weeks back and seems to be about a week less than the time it took to flower to that point most of the time. this is from observations in my own garden.

Okay, thanks a bunch man, that definitely makes sense I'm going to start vegging them on like 20/4 probably and see if it helps. I actually kind of had this idea and have had them on 24/7 for 3 days now.

And yeah, it's definitely not been flowering for four weeks, he'll the plant isn't even four weeks old. Growth has been slightly stunted from keeping them in the smaller cups for a longer period of time so that I could make room for them. So I'm hoping I see some veg growth in the next week or so.

How can you tell/what does it do when it begins to reveg? Just starts shooting new growth out of the top of the bud?

yeah youll see the parts of the bud that normally put out pistils put out little leaf slivers and theyll expand and make new leaves, in a few weeks the places with bud will need to be stripped of it because itll just sit on the plant and rot after it revegges, ill try and find a pic for you

Alright nice, yeah I figured that about the flower so I went ahead and pulled off most of the lower ones, which isn't much as you can see from the pic.

So basically this thing should definitely reveg as long as I'm Giving it plenty of light. If it continues to flower I'm going to assume they got an auto mixed up some how and that it's not actually the Jedi kush, which would suck bc I was really looking forward to this one. Very sweet, fruity/berry smell developing early on.

pretty sure its a photo strain, yes plenty of light and normal maintenance and youll be back on track in a couple weeks time

Dude, nice!! That's some pretty damn decent growth for a 1 gallon and that doesn't even look like a smart pot or anything. I see what you mean about the bud becoming necrotic; I bet you probably could have chopped a lot of that off around 8/9 weeks and it would have been quite smokable.

Btw, thanks for digging those pics out. I've heard people talk about revegging but I've never had a need to, or seen any benefit from it. So it kind of looks like it sprouted more than just 1 top on some of the buds after the reveg? (In your pic). Is that something that happens often?

Thanks for the input man.
