dreams and weed

So oldest brought home something nasty before school let out for their winter break and got the whole family sick. Basically I've been down almost a week now with this shit. I also haven't been smoking since then and what I've noticed is that I've been having really vivid dreams the last few days. Normally I can't remember a dream at all when I wake up, or if I even have them. I don't know if it is because I'm not smoking or because I'm sick. Anyone else have similar experiences?
