I am a alcoholic, when I drink which is the moment I wake up to the minute I pass I am drinking. I was having seizures due to withdrawing from whiskey. My life is a wreck because of alcohol. I am in constant depression because of my drinking. So I will MIA for about a week guys... wish me luck...

Thanks for your guys support, I'm not a sloppy drunk my problem is i am 6'4 and 240 so I handle liquor well. But it's taking a toll on my body. I've been on verge of binge drinking for about 14 years

that sucks dude. at least you're trying to head in the right direction. sounds like you may need professional support during detox as it could be dangerous. either way, good luck. alcoholism suckks for everyone involved, not just the drinker.

Lol.... so true.... sometimes there are hot chics there tho, I met some good, hot girls in rehabs and meetings.... and the girls are usually pretty horney because the replace a substance with sex

Good luck. I remember reading a book "In Control", from ex-nfl football player Thomas Henderson where he talked about the need to find a hobby or something to replace a bad habit with. Something stronger than the habit you want to stop. We all have a limited amount of will power each day, I really wish you the best and let us know how things are going.

I was a drinker years ago. Not from sun up to down like you but, I kicked it by smoking a lot of weed everyday (sun up to sun down). Sometimes, now I'll have a beer and I cant even choke it down, makes me feel gross. You are growing your cure for alcoholism
