I can't find it any where is their another product that does the same thing that u can get at WalWalgreei heard some drain cleaners

Are you growing in soil or hydro??? 7 is to high for hydro should be between 5.5 - 5.8. Gh ph up and down is available at most hydro stores or on Amazon. A quart goes for around 12 dollars. I wouldn't start playing with anything other then that to put on your girls!!!

them ph meters suck and its prob giving u a incorrect reading use a ph wand or ph powders to read them things will not work and are not worth the money btw what are u growing in soil coco perlite clay ??

The drain cleaner you are talking about is called potassium hydroxide. It's the same stuff used in PH up. I would make sure the drain cleaner version is contaminate free though.

Some people also use sodium hydroxide, but that adds sodium and should be avoided.

2lbs of Potassium Hydroxide makes 1 gallon of PH up. Mix flakes slowly with 3/4 of a gallon of water, it will get hot, slow down if too hot, wait to cool, once all is mixed, top off with water. Be very careful, this stuff can burn you.

Those prices aren't far off from what you will get online, but why get the smallest size, they will be gone fast and cost quite a bit more per oz/use at lesser sizes.

That ph kit is more affordable on amazon, but my hydro store has better prices for the silica. You might want to shop around. Get to know the different vendors. Some of the hydro store guys are really smart and help you no matter what you're trying. Others have agendas to get you to grow some 'better' way. If you're going to do this for more than one grow you might want to get to know the people you will be working with.

I figure my first buy will be small the I'll go online and find nice bulk pprices once I find something I like
