very nice! if you turn off the lights and use just a flash - the color might be more accurate - but beautiful nonetheless! you should be very proud of those ladies.

Thanks Guys, they still no ready yet then, lol. Yeah, I think I read that tip about flashin in darkness on someone else's thread. Ill do it this affa - been worried about making them queer, lol..

I am very proud of my ladies, especially when you go back and see what they started flowering as. This shud be a lesson to those meanies that encourage - and the poor growers that are encouraged, to throw in the towel and start over again.

i meant to turn out the lights and take the picture - don't interrupt their dark period!

Shit, oh well, ill put that down as a freak lightning storm. I had 6 flashes, think id have done them any harm?
doubt it will cause any harm. as you point out - outdoor plants do have to content with lighting strikes (and the light of the full moon). i just figure better safe than sorry!

Thanks for putting my mind to rest. Yeah I have a green bulb in an old table lamp fr a full moon, lol. I use it when im checkin on them and the lights are off. I read somewhere plants cant see the green spectrum. Anyways, rule of thumb I think not to have lightning striking too often in the same gro-room:mrgreen:

i have it from a reputable source that green light will not cause problems during the dark period and you know what? I STILL don't risk it. there ain't nothing i need to do that can't wait until the lights are on, you know?

I hear you, but its good to have for an emergency. My temps are chaotic the now so im checkin in day and night so to speak. Damn, wouldn't it be good to have full obs and control of your grow cab from your PC, even when you go on holiday. If I was snoopdog, id b doin that and chucking my green bulb.

Ideas are cheap and easy Dixie. Worth looking into though, if you knew what you were doing. I used to use a data logger in my last job recording environmental parameters, if I knew the temp all the time it would be a start.
