Droopy new growth?

Heya everyone. My plant is just about 5 weeks old. Iv just started seeing whats to me either pistils OR pre flowers. What iv noticed is lots of little white hairs at the tips of my branches. which i do know is good. BUT, iv also noticed that my newest growth at the top is droopy, where as everything else is happy and pointing up towards the light. Any ideas? Or is this normal? Its been on 12/12 for almost a week and a half. All branches are fine except for the two where i topped it. all the leaves are fine except for the top new growth. Is this part of flower or am i over exagurating? She seems fine though. Smells good, has food, has no defects, dark green, been watered well. No bugs ect... Its not my lighting as its been fine throughout the grow. Help please ?? :)IMG_20141231_203048.jpg
shes short i topped at 3rd node. Fan leaves are good and big, are branche leaves always smaller? as you can see in pic leaves at top droop quite badly???

looks fine to me. could be just a lazy looking plant. some just curl down. yours doesn't look bad at all. if your overwatering then its not by that much.

It don't look fine to me. I have some just like it.
Some people that know way more than I have told me mine
needed more drainage,so I drilled a hole lower in bucket.
I watch my watering closer now careful to not over do it.
I'm assuming you're growing in soil or coco?

It looks great to me, that's how mine look right before they go to sleep, or right after I watered them. Don't sweat the small stuff, its a weed they hate love and love hate.

Also the branches that come out of the main branches the little leaves have hairs there aswell. Im going to put 2700k lighting on come monday

Thanks for the reply. I thought it was in flower there seemed to be too many hairs in one location for it to just be showin sex. And it has stretched quite a bit and veg growth has slowed EXTREMELY. Btw any chance of more bud sites developing during flower so overall i get more? or am stuck with sites i have? im still on 6500k atm until monday which is 3 more days to help promote SOME if at all any, more growth veg wise.. Then switch to 2700k. I dont expect much. In the past iv always tried growing and for some reason neverade flower. either cops, parents finding it or something happend. My goal this time round was to just get a harvested plant. Didnt matter about how much, now starting to wish i had worried about how much lol. Anywho. any tips you can give me? i dont have nutes only what originally came in the soil. I did put a bit of diluted urea in a week ago and seems to have NOT caused issues. I live on a farm so cow shit is always avalible. Shes got a VERY strong mani stem. WOW. had a computer fan aimed at her for about 4 weeks and shes gotten very strong. I tried the break stem method for a knuckle in the stem but i actually struggled bending the stem. it felt like it would just snap instead of bend so i passed on that idea

ya buddy, buds have started. if you can't get "nutes" any fertilizer will work for ya. if its slowed you may be over watering or the temps may be too low. idk if those are the reasons but those can cause slow growth. the plant will stretch for around three weeks after you switch the light cycle to 12/12. so it'll pop a couple more bud sites in stretch. keep up the good work, it looks good for a little cfl plant. oh and if you have another bulb you could always run both bulbs outta one socket and get more light to it. more the better usually with cfl grows.

Not to worry your plant will plant will double in size and your buds will be large. Happy cultivation

It looks generally healthy.
But it does show a bit of bunching at the tips which a lot of the time is a root issue...Either rootbound, or cold, deficient, stress, etc......How do the roots look?

Some skunks, and indicas such as hashplant can exhibit that characteristic though...
