TOBACCO WITH THC! LEGAL!?

This is a technique I use daily now. I have found the end product far superior to any bud, or even dabs I have done. My question still remains if this creates a legal product?

1. Get any amount of roll up pipe tobacco.
2. Soak tobacco in distilled water. Shaking speeds it up.
3. Strain tobacco and refill with distilled water.
4. Repeat until TDS of runoff is under 10.
5. Submerge tobacco in 91% Isopropyl alcohol.
6. Shake or soak until alcohol darkens in color.
7. Strain and refill with alcohol.
8. Repeat until alcohol runoff is clear.
9. Dry in ventilated area.
10. Make some Isopropyl marijuana extract. (Grind bud. Use just enough 91% alcohol to cover it. Shake for 1 minute. Strain in Pyrex. Repeat at least 5 times or so. Save bud for future extractions.)
11. Use hair dryer on the marijuana extract until its a syrup consistency.
12. Sprinkle purified tobacco on the marijuana "syrup".
13. Use a razor blade to scrape contents to the center.
14. Dry naturally or under low heat. Make sure all alcohol is out.

The end result blows away any bud I have ever smoked. I have smoked a bit. The less tobacco, the higher the potency. I have used .5 grams tobacco to 1 gram of oil. OMG! Just saying. 40%ish?

Super stealth to travel with and smoke. Plus, I'm wondering if alcohol dissolving the THC alters it a bit making it a THC analog? Now what happens when oxygen hits THC? It degrades.....alters. Wouldn't 2 alterations make it go beyond an analog which would be..........wait for it.......wait for it.........LEGAL?

I havent tried everclear. Its not available in Ohio. Do you think everclear would help get it around the legality factor? It would be huge for everyone!

No its just better for human consumption then the leftovers you'll get from isopropyl since everclear or 95% booze of some kind is meant to be drank in the first place. It's really hard to get every bit of alcohol, or butane, or whatever, out of the hash, I can taste it every time. Unless it's made by a professional.

I'm guessing THC is THC though. hash or marijuana syrup or any form. Using alcohol for hash is like making a THC tincture. Evaporate it and it's still THC. Put it on tobacco, still THC. It is definitely very stealth though. I can't see getting busted with a pouch of laced tobacco happening unless it really stinks like weed bad.

Are you honestly asking if that shit would be legal?

Might as well make oldschools, poppers, and dazers legal as well...(weed/tobacc tokes)

Lmao

Isopropyl alcohol evaporates 100% clean at room temperature. No residue. Not even close to any Butane. If i convert 7 grams of weed to 7 grams of purified tobacco its WAY more potent. Where are my chemist friends? Does alcohol modify THC?

Butane boils! at room temp and still leaves residue, of course it's a gnarly chemical in comparison. Just saying I think it tastes weird. Everclear leaves residue too, I just like that fact that it was meant to be drank in the first place. I wouldn't drink Isopropyl though. Not the biggest deal in the world either way as it'a a small amount in any case ;)

This is why most med/rec shops started doing CO2 extractions. People didn't want butane, hexane, solvents, whatever, in their hash.

As I said on the other thread, it is still illegal. More illegal in many/most states. Hash oil has been around for a long time and that is all you are talking about.

I would say YES . Illegal . No matter what the product ..... if tested for THC and comes up positive , you are in trouble. That's why edibles are still illegal in most states.

I second using Everclear, another grain alcohol or any other food grade/consumable solution to do this. I could never understand how people think using a petroleum by-product on the product they will be smoking is a good idea. I worked in a clean room environment and we could not use any petroleum based cleaners such as isopropyl alcohol/acetone because of the oily residue it left behind. We would have to use lab grade distilled acetone then a distilled ethyl alcohol for final wipedown. Dump out some iso alcohol in a clean glass dish and let it evaporate and see whats left over....If your going to do it at least find distilled lab grade alcohols to minimize petroleum contaminates.
