How to help John Conroy win!

Hey folks...thought I would start this thread in order to come up with some ideas on how to help Conroy win the Feb23 court case.

I don't want this to be about donating money, rather something that John can use in court.

My thinking is to exploit the issue of product availability, or lack of.
I have read numerous reports of patients not being able to get meds from their chosen LP.
What if we compiled a list of patients who are in this situation?
Testimonials from these patients.
We can't reach the patients here, not enough of us....but maybe facebook?

There are availability issues all through the MMPR
Canna Farms always has meds but generally sell out of small quantities and only having ounces left for 240$. Plus taxes and shipping. I don't always have that.

It seems like all the patients here at RIU that use LPs ( please no bashing! ) have had issues. Just imagine how many are out there with the same problems...
The courts have to know this...how many patients have been fucked over...

If we are talking about ammo what about the fact that the LP's are irradiating there cannabis to pass spec. With no ethical research on what other health risk are involved in smoking irradiated plant material. If some LP's out there can produce cannabis with out radiation then everyone should. If there is contaminants of any kind the crop should be recalled not irradiated. We are talking high grade clean (from radiation too) medical product IMO

Oh and to add another point to tell conroy would be about how they are selling shake as ground milled flowers. False advertising and monopoly of power due to them being the only ones allowed to produce so they control the market.

Depending on the crop and place of origin, specific assays for several mycotoxins would be necessary to ensure product safety. [43] When asked specifically about microbial contamination and inhalation as a route of ingestion, Dr. Abramson states that "environmental studies have shown that all mycotoxins pose a very significant inhalation hazard," adding "there is some evidence that certain mycotoxins would survive the high temperatures associated with smoking, and remain potent in the vapor phase [43]."

Gamma irradiation is a highly controversial method of decontamination, and this researcher has been unable to find any studies assessing its safety on smoked or inhaled materials anywhere in the world. Research shows that along with molds and bacteria, it destroys beneficial terpenoids like myrcene, caryophyllene and linalool [46,47] that have known therapeutic properties and which may improve the bioavailability of some cannabinoids [48,49].

If this info is correct health Canada knows that irradiation doesn't kill all the types of mold yet they still allowed for it to be irradiated and sent to sick people. In the same breath while being recommended not to irradiate due to inadiquit testing.... Holy fuck.... That's huge and a totally different lawsuit all in its self. Also right in that inFo it said HC also knows that it takes the terpens out!?!? Well I myself use cannabis for the terepen qualities for my illness thus the medicine they produce has no medicinal value to me. IMO

Product being purposely packaged in more larger quantities such as 1oz to 1/2lb and not near as much in small units 1g etc. this is another monopoly but on people's health after all if the pharmacy for example only has a pack of let's use Viagra for example and my prescription is for 10 they break it done into 10. They don't say sorry you have to take the 100. Think about it how can you be sold out of grams but still be selling ounces of the same strain???? This is also why it seems like LP's are always selling out they are of grams!!!! Propoganda is a bitch

A few people looked into it I know. Most LPs just flat out said they wouldn't do it. Apparently the ones that would were offering next to nothing for the genetics and then wanted to grow it out and sell it back to you at whatever bullshit price they wanted. Nobody would just give away their genetics to buy product back at inflated prices. HC only allowed this before April 1st so the former MMAR "DGs" could sell out to their new corporate overlords.
