Smart Pot Info Needed

Hi Everyone,
So I checked on my girls this morning, Veg'ing in 7 (trade gallon) pots and my roots have grown through the sides of my pots. I wasn't expecting that to happen, what if anything do I need to do?

Nuthin, they'll more than likely fall off after being exposed for awhile. No worries, theres lots and lots more for them to drink from.

Yup that's exactly what happens. They grow through then die and fall off, no problems.

One tip I can offer is to make sure to wash em after each grow. After my 1st run with smartpots I didnt wash them so on the 2nd run they got this build up on the outside. The next grow I washed em in the sink with dish washing liquid and hot water and they were as good as new.

I topped all my plants yesterday, they seemed to have exploded over night, roots came through the pots and I shit you not 1 1/2 - 2 inches in growth overnight,

I believe that's the point of fabric pots. I use them too with great results. I think its called "air pruning".

Man they look great.
This is my first grow but I took the time to set it up the right way first, did lots of test run's tuned everything in just right, so far I would say it's pretty perfect. Looking to flip to flower around the last week of this Month. My expectations for a 1st. grow are very high and I'm hoping for little problem's.

Good luck to you and I hope everything turns out well for you on your 1st run. Watch out though you'll end up liking to grow almost as much if not more than smoking
