I don't know much about all types of hydro but you need to get your room set up to be hands free . Flood tables or buckets or a drip system or something and a computer. :mrgreen: for that purpose, so do I .:eyesmoke:

Hardly even puts a dent in the can . 1/2 tsp to gal + cal mag and some Micro sometimes.
Im not given in yet.

TWS I got the best results from using Maxsea bloom/grow 50/50 thru flowering. Really brought out the aroma's. Also, I was using it much heaver 1tbls per gal 2wice a week = 2.5tbls bloom + 2.5 all purpose per 5gl, once and many times twice a week. I really pushed it to them & they loved it.

Yes im running the 50/50 mix too in flower but will probably go to all bloom at week 6. ?
Is that your feed rate for outdoors ? . I know outdoors they can take that but is it needed ? Man... put a PPM pin in that and you'll fall over backwords wondering why your plants don't fry. Add Tap water to that and it will take you a minute to get up.:mrgreen:

Last time I used a TBSP per gallon in a 5 gallon bucket with Tap outdoors it was, if my memory serves me right... over 2200 or 2500 ppm
3 Tbsp / 5 gal tap once a week did well for me outdoors.

Indoors I water/feed 3 times a week in a perlite only medium at 1/2 to 1 tsp per gallon of RO plus some mag and micros. 4 Tsp to 5 gal RO water depending how much micro or mag or how I leveled off the Tsp I use will put me at 750 - 800 ppm and slight tip yellowing. I used to feed 1000 - 1200 PPM with Maxsea ( 2 TBSP/5 gal ) but I think it was the root cause of some issues.

I have no Idea how GB can be feeding full strength Maxsea indoors.:wall: But he's the Boss.:weed:

FM told Keifmoon I was having good results with Maxsea so he went to the Hydro store and the wad behind the counter told him no way in hell can you run Maxsea indoors as it will fry your plants... LOL:finger: Well Tdub runs it inside and in a soilless medium. And GB runs it full strength in soil indoors. LOL :hump:

The damn directions on the container and website tell you how to run hydro with it.:mrgreen:

Yo TWS. Have you use maxsea in hydroponics? I've wanted to try it out since you guys have good luck with it in soil. Just not sure on feeding rates. Although I am hesitant to stray from GH since I have not had any problems with it grow after grow.

It's because I don't have a ppm tester yet (:. Still on my list tho, I want to get the blue lab truncheon asap.
Lately, I have been going half strength every other feeding. I don't really know how happy I am with it, the plants are kind of like 'rescue dogs' since stalemating in the greenhouse for 3-4 weeks... already looking forward to the next round of indoor.

Get the blue lab guardian if you have the $. Best tool ive bought. Measures ph ppm and water temp

I wouldnt try hydro without it ever.

Yet just what I read I agree everyone said general organics sucked ha ha tried for myself and its good and does taste and smell better than when I use chem frets there is a big difference in smell in taste with the organic I always thought my stuff tasted great and smelled good until I tried all organic and there is no comparison it was good but well flushed organic cannot be beat brings out smells and taste in my strains I was not getting before.There are tons of nutes that will give you good harvest but will not bring out the full flavor or smell.You can get a great yield from miracle grow or rapid grow but very bland to say the least I have tried it many times.Good luck I will be watching.

Im torn on what to run for flowering a gh. Between tea, floranova, maxsea, GO, or GH 3 part.

Prolly going to a soil mix too.

Edit: Get off this RO would be nice too. Got a 200gpd membrane and new filters coming that should make it work again. Lol

Mama plants are perking up again after taking clones a week ago. I got an additional 8 bulb T5 for them and they seem to like it 8-)
Not in picture I have a bunch of small plants under the other T5. I upgraded those girls to 1 gallon containers, trying to beef them up for next round of indoor. I'm also going to pick out 12-24 to keep vegging for the spring greenhouse.

I've used Gh organic and it was the best grow i've had (smell & taste). I have tried maxsea the last two year's it worked pretty good but i still gotta work on my mix for it. This year i gotta go back to GH organic along with maxsea until i get my formula correct. But i'm with you Cross nothing can fuck with the overall of organics.
