no man try something your afraid of and challenge your fear
90% of my problem is the winter. Its 20 degrees outside. I'll think about all the things I haven't done yet that I would want to do right now I cant think of anything.dr.pecker it's time to go outside the box and just do something you would have never done in your life ,so think about it and decide whats best and explorer
Take yourself off to a beautiful location somewhere, beach, hill with a great view. Something away from concrete. Take some beer, food, tunes hell -take some friends and sit around a fire into the small hours if you're not after peace!
Break your routine however you can man.
Think of something you've wanted to do, take a microlight flying lesson. Learn to surf, whatever floats your boat.
I've been where you are and quite often, it's us that limits what we do by being set in our ways.
Get out of your comfort zone dude, you don't have to get miles away for a long time to feel re-energised.
I never needed to be afraid to realize that. I like doing what I'm doing it just gets real old when you never have a shut down. Its just like going to work every single day and never getting a day off. Most people get all happy when friday comes around because they know they can relax for a few days. To me friday is just another day infact the only reason I know what day it is, is because of my pill case.fear makes you realize how great life really is.i went to iraq i 2008 and boy did i ever fuck up but i realized how good i got and good we all got it
