I think you have a fundamental misunderstanding of economics related to earnings and retirement plans. See, when you work shitty jobs like yourself, you have to work until you die. When you work at a place that has a retirement plan you only work until you are eligible to clock out one final time. You never have to go back and you get a paycheck every month! If you're like me you get two pay checks every month plus some 401K. Where I worked I only needed to work there for 20 years. Started when I was 17. Got my first trigger time at 19. Those were the days but now, now is pretty sweet too. I never have to do a fucking thing again the rest of my life. I'm just like you except I'm not on welfare.

I was in jail in Milwaukee one weekend a couple decades ago (DWI.) The cops would give cheese sandwiches to the whites and the blacks only got the salami sandwiches. The salami was a made with lots of beef heart and organ meats. Nasty stuff. The cheese(food product) wasn't too bad.
