So im re starting my grow due to hermies ive never mixed soils so i was wondering a good soilless mix for a indica indoor grow i going to run a ph of 6.3 any ideas help

You could use a mixture of perlite and vermiculite both are made from natural resources but contain no nutritional value..basically like hydroponics but you would have to lower your Ph and there's no buffering with nutes like in a soil grow.

Roots organics soiless is my go to based on the fact its really hard to overwater any coco mix at that ,but a good soiless mix would be ,60%coco 20%perlite 20%earthworm castings

And i can water at 6.3 with that mix? Is there any nutes in it already or is it organic
yea thats my ph for 6.0-6.5 there is bat guano ,worm castings ,and few other things in there so it has a little bit of nutes ,it helps to save on nutes because fresh rooted clones i jus use water for first week and any transplant after i just use a Kelp with an enzyme solution for the first 3 days of transplant then gradually introduce nutes again.

What kelp enzyme or whatever do u use

The reason I use the enzymes is because when I transplant Im using beneficial microbes and the kelp provides trace elements and growth hormones. Im using Biocozyme and seaweed extract from grow more nutrients alongside recharge a beneficial microbe innoculant. This is a pic of my veg area for visual proof :leaf:

I'm using Sunshine mix #4.... what is that stuff exactly? my friend said its full of pete? he uses 5050 coco perlite.. so he may be right or could be wrong?
Sunshine 4 is peat moss , perlite , dolomite lime. And possibly some starter nutrients . It is considered a "soilless" medium. Coco is a coconut

Is sunshine mix good right out of the bag or should I purchase some other ingredients to add before making up my pots today?

You can add more perlite if you want . I suggest doing so to prevent over watering . The dolomite lime balances ph so you can ph 6.5 ish and be good to go

Coco coir 5kg brick
Azomite - 5 cups
Worm Castings - 6 cups
Crab Meal - 8 cups
Epsom Salts - 5 cups
Perlite/Vermiculite - up to 30% or none
Kelp Meal - 5 cups

supplements:
liquid bonemeal
liquid seaweed
molasses
silica blast.

otherwise if you want just plain soilless just plain coco is the best
