Should I flower this girl?

I have been growing a white buffalo strain under 1 month of cfl growth and a mixed month of indoor outdoor growth. Fox farm everything, and transplanted to a 3 gall about a week and a half ago. Also it's on a 18/6 cycle. I don't see this getting any bigger but it is thick as shit with nodes. I don't want to do anything but cfl and sunlight because I want good flavor on the buds from the mixed kelvins.

The plant is about a foot long in all directions. I used a lot of lst, and it has become a fat bush.
Question is I should flower now right? And how much do you think I can get? I'm new to cfl and led grows. I'm use to it being like 5 feet already from hps lights, so I'm not 100% if I should.

flip it whenever you want. your mixed kelvins or whatever your talking about from the cfls aren't going to get you the best flavored bud. an hps would. i can't figure out if theres really a question here either besides how much am i going to pull with some cfls and theres no mention of what kind of cfls, how many watts total, how many bulbs, really anything. if i were to guess at your yield off that if you flipped today id say 16 grams under cfl.

2 55watt 2100k and 8 23watt 6500k. And my bud just got the most tasty OG18 buds from his cfl cab grow. He had about what I have and he got 2oz in a strain not as high in yield.

The pics are not current, it's a size reference and was dehydrogenated at the time. If I could get a better solution then flip a perfectly health plant then say it.
