Im in the bay area and its super expensive. My wife and i are originally from PA where you can own a nice home for 60-120k. We would like to move north, the prices are much better. Damn that hole!

I also have a hempy bucket grow going (Critical Silver Super Haze) so I decided to use it on her and I can definitely see the difference

Washington was my choice after visiting back in the 80's. I'm on the east side so we don't have as much liquid sunshine as the west side. We do however have teh snow!! Winters are long and cold with short perfect summers!! Unless you are into snow boarding, skiing or off roading winter can get old fast! Summer time is all about camping, fishing and 4x4ing... We paid $175,000 for this house which would cost you around $400,000+ in the Sacramento area ( 4 bed 2 bath 2194 sq feet, 7 car garage, 23,000 gallon in ground pool, Hot tub, over sized lot). We do not have state income tax either.

No I don't...been renting this place for almost 10 years
