Bud with no crystals???

So I have done a few runs myself but I have always had tons of crystals.

I know one guy who is getting half oz plants with cfl like ived used but his bud has almost no crystals just a dark green color.

my question is the buds I have gotten with loads of crystals seemed stronger compared to this guys bud he was doing something called cat/dog. and I did og kush

I wonder what hes doing wrong

ya like too many nutes maybe reg potting soil prolly like mg or scotts I think plus adding something called botanicare every day

No need to keep saying "your friend", lol.

Nutes don't matter as much as genetics. I've watched people grow with straight tap water and the plants still made some resin production. Too many nutes, and you'll screw it up too... but it will still produce *some* crystal action.

Oh, and Botanicare Pure Blend Pro is *great* stuff. That isn't "his" problem.

And you said you are watering with nutes every day in soil? That's a no-no.

ya im just saying vie only seen something like that once I seen a guys headband grow and he was 7 weeks in and no crystals. maybe bad phenos. idk I only fuck wit seedbank stalk as of now so idk what is up I have done bagseed and clones before never seemed to have one with no crystals on the bud at harvest

My current grow too barely had any crystals. Even posted here about it. Turns out its just a genetic thing. Some are as frosty as the snowman while others no much (like mine) Also some dont show any until late into flowering.

I was able to sample an itty bitty piece (taken to scope it) and the buzz was something else. All my weed / hash experience has been a couch potato lock mode so this sativa buzz was "wow" I felt like i should do some shit. maybe invent something. It was good. And all this while the plant is still 8 weeks in flowering. Imagine once its really done at 10 weeks.

Us growers are always on a mission, to find the best strains possible. Always buy seeds from a reputable seller.. European seeds seem to not as frosty as American seed companies, from instance we just grew a bunch of Nirvana seeds, they had no frost either..

I have BBBC and Sourd rdy to chop. The SD is frosty but not as super frosty as the BBBC. Great also BTW. The SD is a clone I have grown from seed four generations. The Sourd will mess your head up. Genetics.

lmao I never have herd of that ever some of the best bud in the world comes out of amsterdam. cali might have a lot of good genetics but the rest of the country has a long way to go.

Btw I have some cheese the spain version i ordered a major seed bank out of Europe and the nugs are frosty 3 week in they looked like the first pic danksta posted and im talking both a cheese and a 707 headband both from overseas and almost 5 weeks in and smelling wonderfull
