Yeah they don't do paypal normal either they have some kind of messed up third party company. It will not let you pay with paypal it wants you to buy store credit but not in the exact amounts you need it wants you to pick weird amounts so you'd have to buy more then you really need and if this is a one time purchase you loose money. This site definitely not one I would recommend at all they seem way to off to trust.They want you to give too much personal info then jump through 50 hoops just to pay them a few bucks..

Lol Usually ordering seeds is a 5 minute ordeal this is 2 days in which should say something about this particular company. maybe it makes them feel better but for less then $40 including the shipping I'm not gonna jump through 50 hoops just to give them my money. We as customers have to put the trust in them they will actually send and send the real seeds so i figure if I provide all the security identifiers on my payment card we should be good.. They should be either using a direct paypal 3rd party wher you chose it at payment and get taken directly to the third party site and make exact payment or they need to send direct invoices to be paid but that company they are using now is garbage and not even usable since it doesn't allow you to enter the exact amount your going to use.. It's just setup very poorly someone who handles the site payments needs some training lol

What an odd response. I believe you have already been offered a refund if, as you seem to suggest, you don'r believe we are a genuine company.

It's always strange when customers reproduce conversations taken place in good faith. It seems quite simple to me that we have procedures in place (for good reason) and that you can choose whether to comply with them or not. if not, then we're happy to return your payment. I'm not sure why it necessitates the diatribe above.

It's nice to be nice :-)

Yeah after further emails this company is a sham. From what I am told basically the guy on here posing as someone from the company isn't from the company. They do not take paypal at all. You have to provide your bank statement to use a credit card. You can use your card to buy store credit and use that but you can not pick the amount. They have preset amounts you have to buy in weird incriments so basically you have to overbuy and then have small unusable amounts left over that becomes profit for them since it never gets used but you paid them for it... I would avoid these guys like the plague. I'm going to post around on these guys Id hate to see them scam people or have people fork over personal financial info that's just not needed. Funny thing is they wont send my seeds unless I give my bank statement but they sure charged my card right away.. One of the worst company's I have ever come across.Time to start a thread on avoiding this company off to slam.

Yes Im canceling the order obviously. I do find it strange you were claiming you take paypal as you do not.... I find it odd you wont sed orders without bank statements but you take money right away from cards... I do find it odd you will sell store credit in amounts that are not the exact needed amounts in such amounts you know people will have to over buy and whats left basically is profit to the company since its paid but never used.... Nice is good deceptive and dishonest not so much.... Why would you not put your policy of wanting bank statement on your site openly for use of any credit card order?? Maybe because thats an instant turn off for customers... While nice is nice so is honesty and forth rightness. For me I find nothing honest here or forth right and will tell nothing but the honest truth of a company. As you said its that companys policy no matter how stupid or dumb the idea of them.

Lol I wouldn't even really call them scammers as they didn't get or steal from me they just are weirdos with some dangerous policies that could get many people in trouble and they tend to be be deceptive in what they claim.. So scammer no ..crazy and shady yes..... You know how you know to avoid a seed seller? When they ask for your bank statement so they can see your name address and account number lol Thats just a huge red flag lol Its all good though they will not be hurt missing my sale and I will not be hurt buying from dozens of other more well know easier to buy from sellers. We shall all survive.

I believe Bonza Seeds is true to their word. Just got my third order, with the exception of the package going to a different country but i got my beans and the best part to it is that they (Bonza) gave me 5 FREE seeds, just for the wait. Totally satisfied grower.

Did you have to send in a copy of your bank statement to get them?

the transaction went pretty well and all they did was directed me to another secured website to exchange my cash (Paypal) into store credits, then the rest was easy.

Were you able to purchase the exact credits required for the items you wanted or was it as described previously in this thread?
