Yea. Same here. Electric company refused to pay. We had to rent a back how to fix it.

They come out after the ties and drove over one.

I came out with a shotgun. Told them I'd they tore my yard up, I was going to tear their truck up.

They called the police. The one that showed up lived up the rd.

He was cool as hell. Told them better not tear up the yard.

I reckon they tore his stuff up to.
Thats some bullshit there , they make us responsible for the upkeep of that part of our yards then they do as they please & tear our shit up , leave a mess where it looks like dynamite blew your yard up & their finished .

We took pictures of their trucks when it happened.

It cost a couple thousand. That was me doing the labor. I couldn't imagine the cost of paying someone.

I thinking about trying small claims or something. Follow the employees home and tear their yard up.

Better call Saul....
A piece of advice from a man who's been living with his relatives for the better part of 30 years......The wife and I made the conscious decession 30 years ago to allow our parents to move onto our 10 acre piece of heaven....there were times when I was "what the fuck have We done" to "this is the best decession that we've ever made" there were highs and lows but my kids had both sets of grandparents in their lives for a looooong time .
Both of my parents have now passed....but my wife's parents will probably out live me over 80 and still going strong.....and even though I've secretly cursed the day we decided to offer them the opportunity to move onto the property I wouldn't have it any other way the pro's for us far out weighed the cons.......after all blood is thicker than water.......ooooppps here they come its our turn to cook dinner......later !

Put 2 drywall screws in his tire then take one out, after he mentions he had a flat just say with a smirk "yea I spread screws on the lawn to keep you off it"
Repeat this till you feel satisfied or until your grass grows back he should get the message pretty quick

Your lucky, I have the same issue, but it's with my mother. Never listens to advice, sometimes even doing exactly the opposite of what is said, and it always turns out bad and I'm left cleaning up the mess, which lately has been mostly financial. Pretty much the last 5yrs has been hell for me, much of it attributed to her not listening to me or my fathers advice. She caused my parents to almost be financially ruined, house went into foreclosure, they had to tap into most of their retirement savings and borrow money from family. I had to back out of trying to buy my first house, move in to support the house so they wouldn't lose it, and deplete my savings. Financially, I'm now set back a good 10 yrs from where i was and don't see me fulfilling my dream of home ownership, ever..I worked my ass off over the last 15 yrs to save enough cash to put $100K cash down on a house, now I'd be lucky to scrape together $5K. Thanks mom!
