Looks like you did a fine job topping her, I'd just say ease the nutes a bit, or the soil may be running a bit hot by the edges of the leaves.

And should I do them all? I have 15 in 7x7x7 area..can be 5ft tall max
I'd do them all except two, just to see how they'd grow differently along with yield comparisons. If you don't care about that comparisons then top them all.

Ok guys how about this...what do you think is the best way to top to keep em short and slim. Not bushy. I gotta fit 10 under 1k with low ceilings.

For that I'm pretty sure u just flower them after 2-3 weeks to keep them short and slim if u don't want bushy u would keep topping I believe..or LST which is low stress training..tiring them around the pot

And topping plant will make the wider and bushier u should just flipped em now to 12/12
