@Fadedawg Do you remember the results of this unit you guys built? Was it hard to create? Looks like something that a DIYer can fashion? Minus the dildo in the middle.. I'm ok with not having that in my build... lol

Easy to build. Keep it free of oxides and use lead free 95/5 solder. The unions allow you to break it apart for cleaning and loading and one stand pipe is taller than the other, so you flood from the tall one and when it overflows the short one, you close both valves and turn on the vibration, or just pick it up and shake it, or ???

The results ranged from very good to electric green, depending on the material and time but none were bad.

After extraction you have to crack the valve carefully, as the pressure builds with warming and vibration.

You can use two sanitary end caps with NPT fittings and a sanitary spool, to do much the same thing, only without the two risers, or add elbows and emulate the above in stainless.

Would I adapt the NPT fittings to the sanitary end caps or do some come that way? The only ones I were able to find and standard end caps or ones that have a single hole. Found the kid of end caps (gasket, clamp, etc) for $35 a piece but size determines price as well. Then the spool for $35-$50. So not to bad of a price at all! (I think lol).

You can buy the sanitary end caps with NPT fittings.
