I have my clones under a humidity dome & need to know about misting/
Do you mist just the inside of the dome at regular intervals or do you mist the leaves & cubes also ?
Should water stand in the bottom ofb the tray

Lightly mist Clone, cube and dome.
I don't like standing water in the tray, too much can promote damping off.

^^^ agree, no standing water, and keep the misting to as needed, too easy to go overboard. No misting or dome should be needed after the first 3-4 days. The dome isn't even needed, but is helpful for this cloning method.

In some areas where the humidity is high such as Vancouver during the rainy season and other places like England where at times you can cut the fog with a knife a humidity dome isn't nessesary. However if you live in a dry arrid region you will need some way to keep up the humidity. I soak the cubes when I first put them in the bin and mist the new snips. After that they shouldn't require anything for a week where in most cases they will already be rooted. Take them out as soon as you see roots. They don't like the bin after they are rooted. After they are rooted I leave the door open on the bin and spray them daily if I'm a bit ahead of myself.
