Am I Right To Start Flushing Now?

I'm not backpedaling, I genuinely come here to help people and this thread really isn't doing that. I keep my journal on a less trafficked and less egotistical forum.
Rm3 said you need nitrogen to cure, I hang my plants while still green, they have nitrogen.
How many of you fresh trim your non flushed pot?
I'm arguing that not flushing and feeding until the end is not beneficial. I do things for a reason, if anything, with flushing you save money on nutrients.
Can you flush too much? Sure. You can over feed too.

You have stumbled on somebody saying things they don't know about, seems to me.

You "try" anything. This is a tweekers hobby if there ever was one.

But, can you supply yourself with pot for a year. If you can't do that, start with that.

Boiling water?? Come on. That is hype.

what's the difference between last water and flush? volume?

i want to try @RM3 boiling water/last water this time around.

there is a difference here many think flush/chop

i'm intrigued by the boiling water WITH lights on for 3-5 days then chop.

i'm even thinking since he uses no dark period to how i can somehow work that into the process by limiting the light instead of 12/12 maybe declining day 1 12/12 day 2 11/13 day 3 10/14 etc until chop.

i've stumbled onto light manipulation and it's amazing what you can do..veg with some decreasing light to continue root growth and yet let the pre-flowers show in order to cut 2 weeks off the schedule.
I boil every plant

My friend is a cancer patient. When she smokes NON FLUSHED weed she gets sick and once had to go to the hospital. When she smokes flushed HAS NEVER HAD A MEDICAL PROBLEM OF ISSUE

That is fact enough for me.
i call bullshit!. must be in her head. the ONLY time i can taste chemical is over-nuted fried bud which renders it unsmokable.

You don't need nitrogen to cure. Cure is a process of breaking down fresh cellulose with anaerobic bacteria into something with a smoother taste.

This is like the Telephone Game at parties, they way "information" is passed around by rumor.
I'm arguing that not flushing and feeding until the end is not beneficial.
You are arguing this like Philosophy? This is a Botany question not a debate.

How do you know? What is your evidence? What experiments? What controls?

Yea I'm not sold on the N thing, somebody posted a link about it so just to cover bases, even if it does, it's in my plants anyways. Not adding base nutes for a week won't instantly yellow your plants
No controls, my evidence is my experience, adding nutrients after I see that my plants aren't growing anymore doesn't cause them to start growing again.

If you are refering to a thread i did a few years ago let me know we have done some great things with that

No controls. Not science. You CANNOT see what is happening inside the plant as it reaches peak THC.

This entire thing is about Dutch flowers. It is to keep the better color and not let Green into the pedals

The plants grow, then stretch, then mature. In Maturity they need less food, but I can tell from my Res PPM they do indeed take some food.

So you are measuring the wrong thing. There is no "growth" the last few weeks but there is maturity happening.

the truth about flushing thread. I would think A brix meter would be a simple way to confirm the process.
Oh, that thread. No truth there, right? No Method applied. I confirm in the PPM of my Res.

I can watch these plants directly in their nutrient uptake if I keep the water level the same.
If I top up the res, and the PPM is lower. That went into the plant.

Very simple.
