Nitrogen liquid any good?

So I have an N problem with one of my girls. I'm thinking if buying this stuff but I'm not sure about it. Any help? This is the link...

it is a 3 part grow mix. if you get all 3 it will take through the entire grow, Base, grow, and bloom.

how exactly is this used? i tried googling instructions. i assume you mix with nutes at 1/4 the recommended dose?

For the first 2 to 3 feedings i give 1/4 straight then full. One bottle has done 6 grows at 16 plants per grow.
dosage is on the back.
