I'm going to follow more of your posts...
Were U to talking to me?? Caught me right when I've decided to up my rhetoric re. RUI. trolls. They never seem to improve, just languish in a lowest denominator Groundhog Day type stupor. Some of my posts may appear a bit starker than usual.

I think it's noteworthy that you are aware of these malicious behaviors of these chemicals we're exposed to. And often the resulting bad microbes that follow. It can become a fiercely uphill battle. Not all are affected similarly, and not all will escape this slope simply by exercising.

i just received the bill from an ER visit i made in september.

it started off bad enough. $28 and change for 20 ml of lidocaine. i could get my hands on that much lidocaine for about $1.40.

ditto on the whatever else they gave me. about $30 each for about $2 worth of two other drugs.

then came the topper. i asked for an itemized bill showing the basis of their charges, and they just wrote "ER 3: $2096".

i called to dispute the charges. after 6 minutes and 37 seconds and pressing exactly 66 buttons on my phone, i was able to speak to a live person.

if you pay these inflated amounts, they will charge these inflated amounts. do not pay them what is superfluous.
hte les expensive option would be to go to urgent care with your health insurance is usually $75 copay or without $150 + any RX they write.

you don't make many phone calls do you, buck? 66 buttons?

welcome to the millenium!

this is correct. i would dispute the bill even if the insurance company covered it all, which they did not. i refuse to let health care providers get away with a 2000% markup on anything. that is criminal, and wrecks my erection.
so buck, are you saying you're going to be one of those deadbeats that goes to the ER without insurance or refuse to pay in order the WE "the people" must pay for your care?

isn't this one of the things that's hurting america's healthcare business? unpaid ER bills?

pay your your deductible like everyone else must.

correct however, they do add up and any unused portion is stored as fat.
No, no, no.

You don't burn fat already present because you're using carbohydrates. Fat is a completely different substance altogether.

The trick is to eat high calorie, high protein, low-saturated fat food and to do exercise.

Blaming calories is a cop out by food producers and bullshit nutritionists.

i agree with higher protein but not higher calories to lose weight.

well you'd have to burn fat if your caloric intake is less than what was expended in energy.

it's basic math. you need to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound.

you need to figure out what your recommended daily caloric intake should be for your age/gender. then just reduce the calories.

pretty simple.

I've seen this almost. A 450 lber went liquid for 3 mos.,had an additive that made a weak shake type of thing, guess it was vits. mins.and some fiber, melted him away to about 275. he then gave up and went back to 450.
I will allow there could always be an exception, but I bet he has a cabinet full of shitty food, a permanent seat in front of a television and his "exercise" consists of wiping his ass after making one of his large daily deposits.

I knew somebody that was seriously obese. He went to work on a farm, had daily chores and began eating right. Magically his fat melted away. Upon quitting the farm and returning to his sedentary life, he gained the weight back. I've seen lots of people with a "gland problem" that usually starts with an addiction to junk food and an aversion to exercise.

Just to clarify my point about calories and fat storage- Chemical exposure and bad gut bacteria can easily hijack your system and cause you to unnaturally sequester fat. Unless you're training for a marathon, you're not going to get ahead of that calorie wave. Too much is being stored.

Actually no, again.

Fat is not supposed to be used for energy at all and can be consumed by natural bodily processes like hormone production quite easily if you're not providing too large a surplus in your diet.

Plus a high carb diet keeps you "full" for longer, meaning you're far less likely to snack on crap.

Crash dieting or rapidly cutting the number of calories consumed actually inhibits weight loss because your body goes into emergency survival mode.

The sort of misinformation you're spreading coupled with the PC crowd saying "it's ok to be fat" are the primary drivers of your nation of fatties.

This is incorrect. Google Fatty Acid Metabolism.

I would agree. Fat is needed in the diet. Natural fats have been incorrectly demonized. Just like eggs

It's common info online. Google any section of that you like.

Gut bacteria and hormonal / immune response

Plasticizers and how they mimic hormones

Specifically look at Perfluorinated compounds and their roll on the human immune response.

It's only consumed for energy in the absence of carbs/glycogen tho and is extremely energy inefficient compared to carbs.

Don't disagree that the energy associated with storing / releasing and metabolizing is indirect and inefficient. That's why it's for emergencies.

The morbid obesity is a hormone issue. Either our own hormones hijacked, or hormone-mimicry with plastics and other environmental influences. The fat that starts on your organs is hormone sensitive and producing. Large people have a lot of this hormone-producing fat in them, and this fat supply actually becomes the largest / most significant part of their Endocrine system. That's not the way it's supposed to be at all.
