bc bud depot girl scout cookies & the purps

hey guys, ive been hearing and reading some great stuff on both of these strains and they are both cup winners how ever there is some controversy over the genetics of gsc and that it isn't all its made up to be if any one has tried these strains from bc bud depot I would love to hear reviews cheers :bigjoint:

BC Bud Depot GSC were Winner of Best Hybrid at the 2013 Los Angeles Medical Cannabis Cup! I have one plant in week one of flower. From what I've been reading good bud, average volume, 10 weeks for flower. It has nice dark waxy leaves.

I got a freebie gsc from them it was worth trying. I never tried the purps. I have grown a bunch from them that were good. The cookie cross I'm hearing is good is sinmint cookies from sin city seeds.

BC Bud Depot GSC came out very similar to the forum cut for me. She self pollinated but surprisingly only 3 seeds on the whole thing. I was happy with it but I didn't go out and buy a pack nor am I planning on it. It is good B+ buds.

Bud depot did not win. They did try to take credit though

I ran into that too. The published winner is GSC from Life Is Good.

But per BC Bud Depot website: BC Bud Depot was ecstatic to see our newest seed release Girl Scout Cookies win first place for Best Hybrid at the Medical Cannabis Cup in Los Angeles! im bout to start flowering this same strain too. but im going to tag my male leeroy to it as well as a sensi star and lee roy male.

LIG cut is ogkb I beleve. Its dirty marketing by bc. its been awhile since I saw that drama. Besides why would trust a seed company that had to steal someone's elses pic. If they actually had cookies wouldn't they have their own pic. That was back than so they may have it by now.

The whole way this strain came to be was from a clone only that seeded itself. I mean that isn't the entire origin but that is how it is widely available now. Every lb had some seeds in it even if it was only a few. Just be careful is all I am saying you are dabbling with genetics that haven't been locked down.

I've been running the same bcb depot pheno for 2 an a half years and she's a beaut. Maybe not the real cookies per say but she's strong grower and a great taste smell and she's fiiiiiieeeer. Ran 15 and took the best one . Not ONE herm like everyone suggests they will. .One of the nicer plants in my garden for sure. She's 4 weeks in right now.

Only get to my garden 2 wwice or sometimes once a week. Co op style helps with all the work haha. I will snap some pics on the weekend. That will be at 35 days in

Cali connection -5 gsc from fem seed. Smelling and looking dank as all hell

Humboldt seed organization

Green crack looking like it will be done in 8 weeks or less maybe 7.5
707 headband

DNA
Holy grail kush (stretch monsters) but smells like piney skunk funk kush.

All from fem seeds for a pheno . hunt. Must say the cali connect gsc are probably one of the nicest plants along with the bcbd gsc.

becarefull with caliconnecvts I ran their deadhed og and it hermid on me on day 66. and its a 70-75 day strain, and I don't think so im running a clone rite now of that strain and same breeder and nothing yet my friend finished his two weeks ago and it didn't hermi. so Idk how you can say that. and thanks one, I tell everyone that lol and I love saying it hahaha
