Sure grow er

i have nothing against big plants..i love them…especially pure sativa's

try to fit a few of those in a fucking GROW BOX

thats a fine plant you have there
 
Ok I don't have many photos left and most are scattered around different hard drives. This was Diesel into flower from clone done in 7.5 week. 1.24-1.5+ lb Now for me its ok but obviously for people who can't bend down or spend lots of time on the ground larger and fewer plants would be better.

Should add thats under 1 1000W HPS in an air cooled tube.

Years ago a buddy grew a really big one inside that sorta fell over and just keep growing along the floor like vines. He just let it keep going and it got to be pretty funny. It just wouldn't die. you could harvest off it like you would tomatoes plants. We nick named it " the hedge "....unfortunately it was not great weed. But it was funny to see it just growing along like a carpet.

couldn't they use a chair with wheels? as long as the floor is smooth...

From clones. I experimented with 1 to 2 gal pots. No veg time at all. The yield was the same with the pot sizes but with the 1gal I had to water pretty much every day. I also ran one test with 3/4 gal pots and that was watering every day.
 
My grow box is sitting on fence posts....the casters made it impossible for me...I have a little step stool that I sit on and I water my girls....the one thing I would have liked to have been told was that the lid has to be removed if you want to switch from MH to HPS lamp...it is a huge pain in my ass and back.

I measured as well...I have 10" tall pots....from the top of the pot to the glass top is 30"...that's as tall as they can go to being burnt on the glass...I have six flowering...any more and it's too crowded....

Cheers Old Mother, hoping this grow box thing is just some dumb-ass term they came up with in court, something like marihuana?? Who the fuck calls or spells it marihuana?
Plus I over-engineered my "grow box", would love to have an inspection and show them how to design/build a safe grow room, dicks.

Funny you say that, I've just finished trying every size from 1/2/3/5/7 gal's and found less/bigger plants to be less work overall and better yields per gallon of soil. Only phase I don't like is trimming time :( But I do stick to strains/phenos that are ~8 weeks flowering, there is greater risk beyond that timeframe. I don't have a single strain going that flowers beyond 55 days and most of them are sat-dom hybrids (including DIY crosses like the one front/bottom of pic)

I think what it really is, is that I haven't worked with large plants enough so haven't figured out proper techniques.
